Employee-specific cancellation coverage
If the employer does not offer cancellation coverage, employees can apply for the service directly with Vapaus for €80 when placing their bike order. Cancellation at any time during the lease period costs the employee €260*, so the total price for cancellation is €340 + possible shipping costs*. The employee pays the amount directly to Vapaus.
*) Pick-up of bike from Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen and Vantaa €25. The rest of Finland starts from €59.
Note! Cancellation coverage does not apply to so-called overpriced bicycle packages. A bicycle package is considered to be overpriced, the price of which exceeds € 4,901 and the difference has been paid to Vapaus as a downpayment.
