Benefit bike ordering instructions
An active Benefit Bike agreement with your employer is required
Your Employer MUST have an active Benefit Bike contract with Vapaus / OomiFillari. Connect your account to their benefit before starting your order!
Please review the Benefit Bike instructions provided by your employer
Check the Benefit Bike guide provided by your employer regarding the maximum price of your future Benefit Bike.
Proceed with placing your order
Start the ordering process from the Vapaus Precycled.io webshop.
Select the bike & accessories
You can go to the benefit bike order page, browse through our selection and choose the bike you want to get for yourself. We also offer an option for the test ride of the bike, if you are hesitant regarding the bike's size, functionality, etc.
We offer a selected amount of accessories for Precycled and New bikes for you to choose from. We suggest placing all necessary accessories in the same order as your benefit bike.
Select additional services
If you need a maintenance budget, you can include that in your order.
Select cancellation coverage only if your employer doesn’t provide it and you wish to have it.
Go to the shopping cart
Review your order and choose your preferred payment option. If you are placing a benefit bike order, select Vapaus as the payment method and enter your Vapaus Code to proceed. If you have trouble finding your Vapaus Code, please contact us at bikecenter@vapaus.io. At this point, you can still edit your order and add additional services or accessories.
Check out
Add your contact and delivery details: contact information, shipping information, and the company full name you are working at. All necessary information for benefit bike order is asked at this step.
Select delivery method
At the moment we offer a pick-up option for the order, which is free of charge.
Helsinki Metropolitan Area home delivery (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) for 50€. Home delivery to other cities in Finland is 140€. Prices include VAT 25,5%.
Vapaus will create a benefit bike contract for you to approve
After placing an order through our website, we will contact you with the email confirmation and instructions on further action (such as accepting a contract, agreeing on the delivery time and date, etc).
When the order has been finalized (bike delivered/released to you personally) the contract is activated, and changes to the contract are no longer possible.
After delivery
If you have chosen a delivery for your order, we would kindly ask you to inform us upon the arrival of your order/bike so that we can active insurance for your new benefit bike.
You have 3 days to return the benefit bike order or inform us of any issues. Please contact us at bikes@vapaus.io and we can proceed further with the return/reclamation.

After you’ve submitted your order
After placing an order through our website, we will contact you with the email confirmation and instructions on further action (agreeing on the delivery time and date, etc).
Bike delivery
If you have chosen a delivery for your order, we will arrange it through our A2B business delivery partner. They will call you before the delivery to agree on a suitable delivery time and date.
After delivery
You have 14 days to return the order or inform us of any issues.
Please contact us at bikes@vapaus.io so we can proceed with the return/reclamation.
Payment options
How Your Bike Gets to You
Most orders arrive within 1–5 working days. Northern Finland may take a bit longer.

Tracking is not available.
Need to Return or Claim?
Eligibility: Returns apply only to unused products. Vapaus may reject items showing use or damage beyond its control.
Direct Sales: 14-day return right.
Benefit Bike Leasing: 3-day return period.
Returns: At your expense, in person or via delivery (pack carefully!).
Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
Defective Products / Complaints: Notify us within 7 days—use the form for leasing or email bikecenter@vapaus.io.
